On Friday, May 23rd, Home Gate was honored to welcome a distinguished Chinese delegation to the Kemco Factory site in 10th of Ramadan – Cairo. The delegation toured the facility and reviewed the latest updates on the ongoing project, expressing their admiration for the rapid progress, precision in execution, and exceptional quality standards.

Covering an area of 5,000 m², the Kemco Factory is being developed as a state-of-the-art cosmetics manufacturing hub. Managed entirely by Home Gate in collaboration with project consultant Deconcrete, the factory is advancing at a remarkable pace, showcasing the highest levels of industrial design and construction efficiency.

During the visit, the Chinese representatives highlighted the speed of implementation and attention to detail as standout elements of the project. They praised the site’s organization, structural quality, and modern design approach, confirming the Kemco Factory’s potential to become a regional leader in cosmetics manufacturing.
