Home Gate Construction – HGC welcomes engineering students on a field visit to one of our projects.
As part of our commitment to the importance of training youth and linking them to the labor market, the Innovation and Development Departments, in collaboration with the Training Department, supervised a field visit for engineering students to one of our projects.

This visit aims to:

  • Link students to the labor market and link the students’ architectural and construction thinking during their university studies.
  • Explain the labor market needs of the student to create a vision and prepare the student to go out to a society that seeks a vision linked to the labor market during their studies.
  • Facilitate the process of linking the materials that the student studies to reality to form a comprehensive vision.

.

During the visit, students took a tour of the site, where they learned about the different stages of construction and saw how modern technologies are applied in construction.

They also met with the team of engineers and workers and exchanged conversations about their practical experiences.
This visit comes in the context of Home Gate Construction’s interest in training students to create a generation of thinkers and scientists who will provide further development in the architectural and construction fields.

This training was held at the Diamond Center project in collaboration with Benchmark and EBNY Real Estate the developer and owner of the project.
