Dr. Mohamed Ismail leads Home Gate Construction with more than 25 years of experience in strategic leadership, construction management, and operational excellence. Over the course of his career, he delivered and oversaw more than 50 projects across various sectors throughout Egypt, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Iraq.
In the hospitality sector, Ismail led the management and supervision of prestigious hotel developments, including Mercure Ismailia under the Accor Group, Novotel Cairo 6th of October, and Mövenpick Hotel Ibn Battuta Gate in the UAE. In the real estate sector, he directed portfolio and performance management for landmark developments, including Cali Coast and Baymount with Maven Developments, as well as JEERA and JEDAR communities with IWAN Developments, and many other developments.
His diverse portfolio also includes major commercial projects such as Cairo Festival City Mall; leading educational institutions, including King Saud University in Saudi Arabia and Nile University in Cairo; healthcare facilities and schools in Baghdad. He began his career contributing to the quality control of the Egyptian Presidential Palaces.
He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) from the Swiss School of Business and Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport. He has also completed executive diplomas in Project Management from The American University in Cairo and Business Administration from Missouri State University.
